PART A of this report provides a rapid Political Economy Analysis (PEA) which describes political-economic factors to be considered to overcome hurdles and identify drivers of change for effective implementation of measures to conserve the Ganges river dolphin in the GBM basin in Bangladesh, India and Nepal. PART B of this report provides an overview of the stakeholder mapping and the results of the stakeholder analysis; PART C builds on this analysis to provide a Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Strategy.
